What I Do
Supporting systems, building products
I’m an IT infrastructure professional based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, with enterprise and government experience across endpoint administration, Microsoft technologies, identity and access, and service delivery. That operational grounding — diagnosing what’s broken, understanding why, and fixing it under real constraints — is now extending into designing and building SaaS products of my own.

Systems Foundation
Diploma in Computer Systems & Networking at the College of the North Atlantic — Windows and Linux server administration, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting.

Enterprise IT
IT Infrastructure Support Analyst at the Canada Revenue Agency — endpoint administration, identity and access management, and service delivery inside a large government computing environment.

Security
Cybersecurity exposure through a Sophos firewall internship, followed by the ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) credential and continued security operations training.

Product Builder
IT and security experience extended into building software: LinkMyRole, a career management platform, and Oruniq, a business operating system prototype.
How I Think About Technology
Reliability, usability, and operational reality
Supporting enterprise systems means solving problems that have to hold up under real, sustained use — not just work once in a demo. I carry that same standard into building software: a system should be reliable, secure by default, and genuinely usable by the person depending on it, not just technically functional.
That’s the throughline between fixing a workstation deployment issue at a government agency and architecting a feature in LinkMyRole — both start with understanding the actual workflow, not just the request in front of you.
What I'm Building
LinkMyRole and Oruniq
LinkMyRole is a career management platform that helps job seekers organize applications, track progress, and evaluate opportunities in one workspace. It’s my flagship product — founded, architected, designed, and shipped end to end.
Oruniq is an early-stage business operating system prototype for retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and small-to-medium businesses, unifying inventory, sales, purchasing, and customer management.
Both use modern AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate implementation, while I retain direct ownership of architecture, product decisions, and validation.

What's next
I’m continuing to grow across all four fronts at once — deepening infrastructure and systems experience, building security skills toward SOC-level practice, and iterating on LinkMyRole and Oruniq as active products rather than side projects.
